In this instance, Nutrition to Soar N=1:1 coaching is more suitable for you as it provides specific dietary advice from a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian individualized for you after assessment.

The recipes and snacks suggested in Finding your Wings whilst general are based on whole-food sports nutrition principles and balanced and provide a range of nutrition that can be modified to suit your eating preference. Even though we have endeavoured to provide prudent, evidence-based healthy dietary advice, by following Finding your Wings nutrition advice you agree to do so at your own risk. The creator of Finding your Wings Course (iPerformance Nutrition Pty Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any injury or incident that may arise from following the advice in the course.
