An informative practical day designed to empower you with the latest evidence on how to eat to support the menopause transition and beyond! Learn how to slow down the moment to accelerate your life. 

Not only will you learn how to eat for your changing physiology, you'll see exactly how to apply nutrition science and create the peri-plate in a unique cooking demonstration with education.

You will then get to mindfully taste first hand how delicious and nutritious eating in midlife can be sharing food in the company of fellow midlife women all in the serene surrounds of the stunning Temple Retreat. 

A full day immersion to connect with like-minded women all in the same life season, have a cup of tea in stillness, pause from the hustle of daily life and slow down to listen to what you really need to support your midlife.

You will walk away with the tools to know how to support filling your cup and leave rejuvenated, relaxed and at ease with life in body, mind and spirit.

Ange specialises in understanding the demands and unique physiology of the busy mid-life woman with her evidence-informed, empathetic and holistic approach to supporting your changing hormones and reducing your waistline to optimise your existence, well beyond your size. 

She has been immersed in the fitness and nutrition space for over 20 years on a mission to un-complicate nutrition, help women understand and reconnect with their bodies, give you permission to eat and to put science-based professionalism back into how to do it, to lead the high performing midlife you deserve.

Quantum Coach, Yoga Teacher, Dietitian, Public Health Nutritionist. 

Andrea's professional experience spans clinical dietetics, breastfeeding and lactation support, service quality improvement, research, health service expansion, preventive health initiatives, and state, national and bi-national food and public health policy development.

Being forced to navigate the shock of an early menopause diagnosis, she recognised the powerful potential of combining western medicine with ancient holistic practices, and went on to study Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation training making her a fully accredited Quantum Coach and Yoga teacher. Andrea has an exceptionally unique gift of guiding women to improve alignment across all areas of life by working with energy, holding space and teaching transformational breath-work and yoga practices, supporting clients to uncover and heal conscious, subconscious and unconscious stuck emotions for complete midlife metamorphosis.
